For the Cute Card Thursday Challenge this week the theme was 'Things that grow.' I went for something a little different and used a little boy stamp from Joanna Sheen who is climbing up the stairs. Hope this passes as something that grows! My thinking is that this is one of the moments that show your child is 'growing up' when they first start climbing up the stairs! I think this is such a cute image and he has his little teddy with him for moral support-ok maybe I'm taking the story a bit far now! Lol! Anyway I coloured him in with distress inks and just used some nice textured card stock to matt and layer him with. Just to finish it off I added a bit of organza ribbon down the side and some Prima flowers in the bottom corner. I finished it off with a Chinese proverb inside the card that I thought went really well with the stamp! Thanks for looking!xx
